Riki (BIS/BISS Am/Can Ch Parador Shirrocca CD, FDJ, JH) outshone all the rest, however, smashing all records in Canada, and becoming the top winning GSP in Canadian history. Riki achieved #1 Sporting Dog and #4 All Breed status for all of Canada in 2001. In 2002 she was again #4 All Breeds. Riki took 37 All Breed Best in Shows,
multiple GSP Specialty wins (the last one from the Veterans Class in July 2007) and two big wins at the US Nationals.
In addition to her obedience title (proving her trainability and good mind), Riki earned her Field Dog Junior title in one weekend (with a score of 95/100 which was High Score in Trial). Overall in field standings in 2000, she was ranked #4 Pointing Dog in Canada at FDJ level, again owner handled. She quickly earned her US Junior Hunter title. Riki took a first leg on her FD title (equivalent to the US Senior Hunter) her first time out. She was a hunting fool and a pure joy to watch in the field.
Riki was bred twice. I kept Tiegan
from the first litter and Willa
from her second litter.
